ISLAMABAD: Sindh Provincial Minister for Inter-Provincial Coordination, Makhdoom Jamil-uz-Zaman called on Federal Minister for Inter-Provincial Coordination, Senator Raza Rabbani and discussed with him matters pertaining to the forthcoming meeting of the Inter-Provincial Coordination Committee (IPCC).
The federal minister for IPC and Leader of the House in the Senate said that IPCC is an important forum and they have every intention to strengthen it for smooth functioning of the federation.
The provincial minister specifically brought the attention of the minister towards the issue of grant of ownership with regard to fishing rights and other fisheries related activities of Hub, Mirani and Subhakzai dams to the Government of Balochistan.
Rabbani hoped that the issues would be resolved amicably in a spirit of accommodation and harmony. He assured that the views of all stakeholders would be given due consideration before finalizing things.
